ANY EDUCATOR found to have engaged in misconduct, physical discipline, abuse of authority, discrimination, neglect of duty, or conduct that violates professional, ethical, or legal standards will be held fully accountable under the law. Appropriate disciplinary action will be pursued, which WILL include suspension, investigation, and termination of employment where warranted.
The Dominica Reform Party supports a zero-tolerance approach toward serious misconduct involving the safety, dignity, and well-being of children. No individual should be protected from accountability simply because of their position or status within the education system.
