From The Leader’s Office: Rise Dominica!

My people of Dominica, hear me loud and clear. For too long, we have watched those in power place their own interests above the needs of the people. We have seen leaders enrich themselves while communities struggle to survive. Promises made during election campaigns disappear the moment votes are counted, and our children are left facing uncertain futures while the powerful protect their friends and reward loyalty instead of merit. It is a damn shame what our country has been allowed to become, but the shame stops here. It stops now!

Our people are done waiting for a change that never arrives. We are tired of being told to “be patient” while corruption thrives, families struggle to put food on the table, and opportunities pass us by. We are not blind to the murders and crime. We see what is happening. We hear the lies. We feel the neglect in our daily lives. And today, the people are saying clearly and collectively: Enough is Enough!

The Dominica Reform Party movement is not about asking politely for crumbs from the table. It is about demanding what is rightfully ours. It is about taking back our country and restoring fairness, transparency, and leadership that serves the people, not the powerful Top 1%. Every time Roosevelt Skerrit and his government turn their backs on the public, it is our schools, hospitals, roads, and businesses that pay the price. Every time they protect their allies and inner circle, it is ordinary Dominicans who suffer the consequences.

The Dominica Reform Party is here because the people deserve better. I am here to fight for every Dominican who has ever been ignored, dismissed, or silenced. I am here for the workers struggling to make ends meet, for families trying to build a stable future, and for young people who deserve hope, opportunity, and a reason to believe in their country again.

Some will say my message is too bold. Others will call it too ambitious. But bold leadership is exactly what is required when the same government has failed our people for far too long. Ambition is necessary when generations have been left behind, when progress has been promised but never delivered, and when the gap between the powerful and the people continues to grow.

I am coming for the Prime Minister’s seat – not for personal power, but for a purpose. Not for myself, but for you. For every citizen who has ever felt forgotten, overlooked, or unheard. For every voice that deserves not just to be acknowledged, but to shape the future of this country through Direct Democracy. You want a say in how things are done, well now you have it!

The Dominica Reform Party represents the sound of change. That change will be felt in every town, every village, every street, and every home across our country. This is our moment. This is our movement. And together, the people of Dominica will rise.

Stand with me and the Dominica Reform Party. Stand for transparency, accountability, and justice. Stand for a Dominica First, Our People FIrst and where leadership serves the people, not the pockets of the Top 1%. The power is in our hands, and the future is ours to claim. Rise, Dominica!
